We enjoyed our stay at Royal Woods Resort. Having a separate bedroom provided us with extra comfort and privacy. the jacuzzi in the bathroom was a delightful touch that added to our relaxation. We chose this hotel for its secure location, which is conveniently close to Royal Woods. the nearby cafe and supermarket being within walking distance made our experience even more enjoyable.

Everything was really good, including well managed staff with the service the staff where wonderful. The location was secure and top because it was just next door to many things, shopping, restaurants, and shopping mall.

The room was really spacious and came with a shower, hairdryer, and bath sheets, so it had all the essentials. Plus, it was conveniently located near the mall and Carrara/Metricon Stadium – definitely a fantastic spot overall! 😊.

It has fantastic central location in the nearby area. The atmosphere of the hotel is comfortable!

The peace and tranquility of the complex, the very comfortable apartment, well furnished and well stocked.

The fact that is was so far from everything. I didn't realise I would have to get a taxi to do my shopping, unfortunately I wasn't told on the phone when I booked - I was asked if I had a car, to which I replied "no", and that would have been a good time to advise of this.

good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like green days that was only 20 minutes' walk away. free parking onsite was provided. location so close to heeb st at the crescent bus stop, only 15 minutes walk away.

The room at Royal Woods Resort is beautifully maintained and well-equipped, featuring a comfortable sofa. Its handy and comfortable location is in a lovely quiet area, conveniently close to shops, the beach, and several nice cafes, with a supermarket all within walking distance.

The ability to house an entire family, in the one building. The unique design made us feel as though we were staying in a house not a resort. Security was uppermost.

The place is a little dated and could use a spruce up

pools were warm pools was large had a garage gated resort , but gates were open all day never saw another guest except at pool, very quiet even in middle of january

was not walking distance from anything, had to drive everywhere, kids will not make any friends as you dont see anyone

The location was close to Royal Pines Resort where a large business event was held. It was booked out early, and we were able to book at this resort on the internet. I liked the individual guest accomodation layout, in this townhouse-style, gated community resort.

Not enough sugar for guests to enjoy several hot beverages.

We had stayed in a three bedroom villa. It was big and enough for all of us (six people). It has it own car park and a balcony. However, I think the price is high compare to the location and the facilities offered by the resort.

We have stayed for five days and no one cleaned our villa?? They only clean the apartments before checkin?? The only good things about the resort are the size of the villa and the specious car park. I would recommend this hotel if you are a big group of people and you do not mind the far location (10 - 15 minutes car drive to Surfers Paradise).

The location was very secure, with on-site security at night to ensure peace of mind. The staff was prompt in attending to our needs and provided us with helpful assistance, including directions. Additionally, the accommodations were great for families, with a 3-bedroom house available for rent.

The phone rates were not clearly communicated and we were charged a steep price for three calls made from our room. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was unsatisfactory, with visible dust and grit throughout. The air conditioning vent in the bedroom was closed and the air quality was dusty and stale. while the location and staff were positive, the cleanliness and communication of the hotel could use improvement.

If you look for peacefulness, comfort and security, Royal Woods is the place. The place is beautiful, calm, secure, clean with great facilities and great staff who are always very helpful. The houses are beautiful and spacious.

If you do not have a car it could be a bit problematic especially when you just arrived on a saturday and need to do a bit of groceries at Benowa gardens (5 minutes drive from the resort). We waited for about two hours to get a cab from the shopping center. Apart from this, maybe a little improvement of the house in the purchase of flat screens tv and new fridges would be required.
